Support Packages

All Content Management Systems (CMSs) are in a constant revision and improvement process. You should expect upgrades and patches to be released over time. Upgrades and patches are released as a development cycle is completed or, in the case of a security patch, as needed to fix the issue. These releases can be weeks apart or months apart. It is important to install the upgrades and patches when they are released for they often contain improvements to security and performance. Falling behind the upgrades and patches can put a website at risk of being hacked and abused.

We recognize that not all of our clients feel comfortable with downloading and installing upgrades and patches so we offer 2 different support packages to handle these for you. Give us a call at 802-223-6101 or use the form below..

Option 1: We handle all of the upgrades and patches to your CMS install including any modules and plugins. We’ll also provide up to 30 minutes per month of guidance and support. Contract length is one year. Price: $600.

Option 2: Is the same as Option 1 but 1 hour/month of support. Contract length is one year. Price: $1200.
